This sleeve features a plain entrance and TONS of stimulating inner texture. It's nice and snug already, but you can grab it as tight as you like to increase the inner grip. A close-ended shape naturally builds up suction with every thrust and contains the aftermath of the big finish, but there's also a small airflow vent that you can keep open or shut (with a finger) to let more or less suction build.
